PLEASE SHARE YOUR RESUME ON sv7@svmanagement.com Summary of the Role: Material Handling & Storage system Planning for Automotive OEM Parts for Green field /Brown field Projects Details of the Job: Candidate will be responsible of Material Handling & storage system Planning for Automotive Parts of OEM for New Vehicle Projects, Budgeting, Project Execution & Prove Out as per below Assignments Automotive parts Packaging Planning (In-house & Bought out parts), Packaging Defects Control PFEP (Plan for Each Part) Preparation including Inventory/MOQ Planning @ Phase wise volume Material Store & Station Layout preparation in 3D & 2 D. Material Handling Storage Area & Storage Systems Planning. Line / Station Side Storage System Planning. Knowledge of Sequencing/Kitting Facility Design Material Flow Workout within Shop & Shop to Shop (Press Shop / Body Shop). Identification of Material Handling Equipments, RFQ preparation, Commissioning & prove out. Proficient in Material storage facility design like Trolleys, pallet, & Racks etc in 2D & 3D Knowledge of Auto CAD & CATIA is must Technical Requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD/ CATIA Design of material handling facilities, Special pallets, racks, platforms, trolley etc. Knowledge of Material Handling & Storage system planning for automotive parts. Knowledge of Vehicle manufacturing process of Body, Press Shop. Experience of working in at least one green field project will be an added advantage
