Asst Manager / Manager - Yoga Retreat

As a Wellness Assistant Manager/Manager at The Bugyal resort in Kanatal, near Mussorie Tehri Garwal Uttarakhand, your main role will involve setting up and leading the operational aspects of the Retreats wellness operations, overseeing wellness treatments, fitness centers, yoga sessions, and other related services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in upgrading the resort to a Wellness Center in phases. - Oversee the daily operations of the wellness center and manage wellness programs covering Preventive Medicine, Nutrition & Dietetics, and Spiritual Well-being. - Manage wellness facilities including treatment centers, fitness studios, and activity spaces. - Collaborate with wellness professionals like nutritionists, fitness trainers, and yoga therapists to develop integrated guest wellness programs. - Coordinate with the culinary team to offer healthy, Ayurvedic-based menu options. - Conduct guest consultations to identify their wellness goals and suggest suitable treatments and dietary plans. - Monitor guest progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for wellness services. - Cultivate strong professional relationships with guests, wellness experts, and industry specialists. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a wellness-related field preferred. - CIBTAC/CIDESCO Certification preferred. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Ayurveda techniques and procedures, knowledge of wellness medications and remedial measures, familiarity with various wellness therapies (Indian, Western, and others), and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.,
