Job Description

1. Able to prepare and study the civil construction drawings. 2. Able to prepare construction schedule and following the activities strictly as per schedule. 3. Able to allot work to construction labours and follow-ups with continued supervision 4. Able to prepare the schedule of quantities of material used for construction and track the status. 5. Able to plot Line Level on construction site 6. Able to check steel work in Slabs, Beams, & Column before Concreting activities 7. Able to check & arrange the equipment before concreting activities 8. Able to prepare the bar bending schedule 9. Able to supervise the curing Process 10. Able to keep record on the casting works being carried out. 11. Able to adhere and ensure construction workers follow safety norms strictly 12. Able to understand construction BOQ, take actual measurement for the completed activities and certify the completed activities.
