Job Role: Sales-focused fieldwork within a 100 KM radius of your city for promoting and selling premium real estate at Assotech Ranchi. Role Description: The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable real estate options. The role includes tasks such as handling customer inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be involved in preparing sales agreements and maintaining customer records. Qualifications: * Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers * Sales Experience and Negotiation Skills to close deals successfully * Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience * Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Property Management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in using Sales software and Microsoft Office Suite * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month + 5000 Travel Convence Per Booking Incentive: ₹20,000 Own Two-Wheeler Vehicle: Mandatory Who Should Apply? Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects. Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about property details. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales conversions. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply, training will be provided). Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage). Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be a plus.
