About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Edit daily screen-recorded trading clips into high-quality YouTube Shorts and long-form videos 2. Integrate AI-generated voiceovers using provided tools and reference scripts 3. Add captions, visual effects, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement 4. Upload videos to YouTube with appropriate titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails 5. Optimize videos for SEO to maximize visibility and engagement 6. Manage the YouTube channel, including content scheduling and organization 7. Promote videos using YouTube Shorts marketing strategies 8. Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns to boost video reach and channel growth 9. Maintain consistent video output ranging from 4 to 20 videos daily based on market activity 10. Ensure quick turnaround time with content delivery on the same day 11. Remain available and responsive during market hours from 9:20 am to 3:30 pm on weekdays Requirements: 1. Proficiency in video editing with a focus on trading or financial content 2. Experience with AI voiceover tools and basic sound editing 3. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and channel optimization 4. Understanding of YouTube Shorts algorithm and content promotion techniques 5. Ability to work independently and deliver professional-quality videos daily 6. High attention to detail and creative storytelling in a fast-paced trading environment 7. Basic knowledge of Nifty, Bank Nifty, and stock options trading is a plus 8. Availability on weekdays with responsiveness during market hours Additonal information: 1.
