About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, ads, and internal use. 2. Trim, cut, and assemble recorded footage while ensuring high-quality output and smooth transitions. 3. Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. 4. Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and target audience. 5. Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with proper formats and aspect ratios. 6. Should be able to conceptualise and develop their editing skills with trending ideas and ways prevalent in the skincare industry. Prior experience in editing videos for social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce is preferred. 2. Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. 3. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for basic graphic editing is a plus. Soft Skills: 1. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 2. Ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly. 3. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 4.
