Associate Vendor Management (TPRM)

Role Overview: You will be joining the Vendor Data Products team at Goldman Sachs, responsible for delivering analytics, pricing, and reference data to internal and external clients. Specifically, as part of the Market Data Vendor Management sub-team, you will negotiate data licensing and commercial terms with third-party vendors, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure vendor solutions align with firm policies and standards. Your role will involve identifying cost-saving opportunities, building strong relationships within the firm, and supporting strategic projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a global team of 17 to manage over 400 vendor relationships - Work closely with business stakeholders across various areas to understand client requirements and support strategic projects - Drive industry change in digital rights by contributing to the development of a Digital Rights Management platform - Manage high-profile vendor relationships, including new contract negotiations, renewals, and oversight activities - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction, and effective team collaboration Qualifications Required: - General understanding of market data licensing terms - Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently and influence decision-making - Nice to have: Experience with the MDSL MDM inventory system, vendor management, exchange licensing, or business analysis About the Company: Goldman Sachs is a leading global investment banking, securities, and investment management firm committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
