.NET Engineer (5-7 Years Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer with 5-7 years of professional expertise to join our team for a technology transformation project. This role requires a deep understanding of existing codebases, dependencies, and system architecture. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strategizing and guiding the transformation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modern technology trends. Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand existing .NET codebases, architecture, and dependencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategy for technology transformation. Provide technical insights and recommendations for system upgrades, migrations, or replacements. Identify potential risks and challenges in the current system and propose mitigation strategies. Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring that proposed solutions align with business goals. Document findings, strategies, and roadmaps for the transformation project. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with team members to ensure smooth transitions during the transformation process. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the .NET framework, including C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. Familiarity with system architecture design patterns (e.g., MVC, Microservices). Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server and integration with .NET applications. Awareness of modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex codebases and dependencies effectively. Proficiency in identifying areas for optimization or improvement. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
