Associate - Technology

You will be responsible for working as a Senior Developer & Module Lead in the field of Microsoft Technologies (.Net). As an Associate - Technology, your role will involve requirements gathering & analysis, coding, scheduling & planning, unit testing, deployment, and leading/mentoring developers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing requirements to ensure completeness, transforming business requirements into well-designed software components based on MS Technologies, breaking down tasks into smaller items and scheduling them, performing performance-oriented technical architecture/design, writing efficient and scalable code/sql queries following coding standards, and conducting code reviews for performance, scalability, efficiency, and security. In addition, you will be expected to deliver high-quality codes/designs, prepare and test all unit test cases, document code/functionality, and create manuals/help guides/training materials. Your technical skill sets should include .NET 4.0 (or later), C#, MS SQL Server 2008 or later, MVC, and Entity Framework. Desirable skills for this role include excellent learning & analytical abilities, proficiency in debugging & problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, responsibility, team-player mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and a passion for building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a small team of developers. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of .NET experience and 1-4 years specifically in Sitecore CMS/DMS, with hands-on experience in customizing a CMS driven website. They should possess strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures and service-oriented architectures, along with expertise in .NET 4.0, C#, ASP.Net, N-Tier application development, SOA, XML web services, and database experience with MS SQL, DB Architecture/design, SQL Development (PL/SQL), as well as knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies, JQuery, Javascript, Ajax, web application security, continuous integration, and automated deployment tools.
