You will be responsible for working as a Senior Developer & Module Lead in the field of Microsoft Technologies (.Net). As an Associate - Technology, your role will involve requirements gathering & analysis, coding, scheduling & planning, unit testing, deployment, and leading/mentoring developers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing requirements to ensure completeness, transforming business requirements into well-designed software components based on MS Technologies, breaking down tasks into smaller items and scheduling them, performing performance-oriented technical architecture/design, writing efficient and scalable code/sql queries following coding standards, and conducting code reviews for performance, scalability, efficiency, and security. In addition, you will be expected to deliver high-quality codes/designs, prepare and test all unit test cases, document code/functionality, and create manuals/help guides/training materials. Your technical skill sets should include .NET 4.0 (or later), C#, MS SQL Server 2008 or later, MVC, and Entity Framework.
