Associate Technical Product Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining McDonald's Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team as an Associate Technical Product Analyst for the Global Data & Analytics Platform (GDAP). Your role will involve supporting data management & operations and providing technical guidance for developers while working towards becoming a people-led, product-centric, forward-thinking, and trusted technology partner. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in product roadmap and backlog preparation, translating Epics into user stories for the development team - Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement - Design and develop Talend ETL processes, technical architecture, data pipelines, and performance scaling - Collaborate with business users and product teams on incident management, problem management, and change management - Ensure product delivery meets high standards in performance, scalability, extensibility, and security Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering - 3+ years of experience with AWS RedShift and Talend - Knowledge of Agile software development processes and methodologies - Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements - Experience working collaboratively with business partners to solve technical challenges - Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages (Note: The additional information section was omitted as it did not contain any relevant details about the company),
