Associate Technical Product Analyst (EPBCS)

Role Overview: As an Associate Technical Product Analyst for EPBCS at McDonalds, you will be part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, where the focus is on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution (EPBCS) product area. Your role will involve providing technical guidance for developers, managing the output of internal/external squads, participating in roadmap and backlog preparation, and ensuring that the technical solutions and feature developments align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in product roadmap and backlog preparation, providing technical perspectives for translating Epics into user stories. - Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. - Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for technology solutions. - Attend all product team ceremonies and act as a leader for the Software Development Engineers. - Troubleshoot and mitigate any source/destination issues and requirements with boundary and integration systems. - Collaborate with Business Users and Product Teams on Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. - Review and prioritize defects impacting customers, and ensure high standards of product delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. - 3+ years of EPBCS technical analyst experience. - Knowledge of Agile software development process and practices. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business challenges. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools. - Strong technical debugging skills and proficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages.,
