Associate Team Lead- RTR

As an Associate Team Lead- RTR at Bunge, your role involves performing Record to Report (RTR) domain activities during non-month and month-end processes. This includes tasks such as general ledger activities, manual journal preparation and posting, fixed assets accounting and reporting, banking transactions, loan management, balance sheet reconciliations, derivatives MTM, month-end close, and reporting related tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform month-end close activities within a defined timeline. - Manage lease accounting and month-end subledger reconciliation with the General ledger. - Post Manual Journal Entries (JEs) in the system post approval from the local country team. - Analyze and post monthly expense accruals/amortization JEs. - Maintain the Fixed Asset (FA) register including CIP tracking and footnotes reporting. - Reconcile Bank/Balance sheet Accounts as per policy timelines. - Prepare journal entries related to readily marketable inventory (Mark to Market). - Ensure internal finance controls and procedures are in compliance with company policies. - Liaise with auditors (Internal and external) and respond to their queries. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance process efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role. - Minimum Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant, BCOM. - Good knowledge of accounting concepts and procedures related to General Ledger, Mark to Market, Options, Futures, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets Accounting & Reporting activities. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external teams. - Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change. - Act as a strong Team Player. - Knowledge of European languages will be an added advantage. - Flexibility to work in different time zones.
