Job Description

Position Title – Associate

Experience Level – 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Department – Primary Research

Location – Gurgaon

Position reports to – Assistant Director


Job Purpose

For Market Research professionals interested in working with leading global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end configuration and setup for OHI surveys.
  • Maintain continuous mailbox monitoring and accurate Excel tracking.
  • Coordinate escalations with engineering via Jira.
  • Report weekly on key metrics (tickets handled, SLAs, issue types, trends, quality, usersatisfaction).
  • Maintain shift coverage and handover documentation.

Key Competencies

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical survey support, product operations, or application support role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning.
  • Good understanding of APIs — able to read documentation and test endpoints using Postman.
  • Familiarity with JSON structure and ability to interpret API request/response data.
  • Basic hands-on experience with databases such as SQL — ability to run simple queries for data validation or issue analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn custom internal platforms and adapt quickly to new processes.

Comfortable working in 24×5 rotational shifts.
