Job Title: Associate Software Engineer Python/React

We are looking for an enthusiastic Python developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building dynamic software applications for our clients. The primary focus will be on writing scalable code, developing back-end components, and integrating user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers. Experience with React will be considered a plus, as it will help in integrating and enhancing front-end functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with development teams to determine application requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python.
• Develop back-end components and ensure seamless integration with front-end.
• Collaborate with front-end developers (React knowledge is a plus).
• Assess and prioritize client feature requests.
• Integrate data storage solutions and optimize existing databases.
• Support testing and debugging processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements/Skills:

• year + experience as a Python developer.
• Strong knowledge of Python and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Understanding of multi-process architecture and Python’s threading limitations.
• Familiarity with server-side templating (e.g., Jinja2, Mako).
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.
• Knowledge of testing tools and debugging practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently when required.
• React experience will be an added advantage.

Education:

• B.Tech or relevant educational qualification in Computer Science/IT.
