Associate Software Development Engineer

As an Associate Software Development Engineer (aSDE) at our company located in Bangalore, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge backend systems using Java, Go, Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and other innovative tools. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain scalable backend systems and services. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality, maintainable code in Java and Go, utilizing various technologies to build efficient backend solutions, participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural discussions, and troubleshooting and optimizing performance. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are recent B.Tech graduates (2024/2025) with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills in Java and/or Go, familiarity with backend development concepts, basic knowledge of databases and data modeling, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as version control systems like Git, is advantageous.
