Associate & Senior Associate UK Accounting

Role Overview: You are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Accounting Associate or Senior Associate to join the dynamic team. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS, conducting audits, managing client accounts, assisting in tax preparation, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, staying updated with accounting standards, and resolving financial issues for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS. - Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. - Manage client accounts for accurate and timely financial reporting. - Assist in tax return preparation and provide tax advisory services. - Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Liaise with clients to address and resolve accounting and financial issues. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. - 1-4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within the UK. - Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
