Associate (Sales)

You will be working in the Education Sales Industry as a Sales Associate, primarily focusing on Inside Sales and Business Development. Your responsibilities will include connecting with working professionals to help them choose suitable programs for career enhancement, persuading individuals from a contact list to enroll in our programs, and informing professionals about management courses that align with their requirements. It will be essential to maintain regular communication with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and personal interactions, while also monitoring and managing a database of interested prospects. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, be self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, have a genuine passion for sales, and be adaptable to a competitive environment to continuously improve and grow. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive sales targets and follow established sales procedures will be crucial. The work hours for this full-time position are from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at the office located in Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi. The salary offered for this role ranges from Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on your experience, performance in the interview, and previous salary drawn.
