Designation: Associate - Real Estate

Nature of Work

Due Diligence and Investigation of Title
Drafting, Review of Title Search Opinions (English and Marathi)
Drafting/Review of Various Agreements (English and Marathi)
Stamp Duty and Registration Fees Calculation, Stamp duty Opinions
Basic understanding and awareness about the recent amendments and judgements in the acts such as Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Maharashtra Stamp Act, MLRC etc.

Who can apply:

Law Graduate with average academic credentials
Advocate working with Builders/Promoter's office or Law firm or Independent Practitioner
Must have strong proficiency in reading and writing Marathi

Remuneration: As per Candidate's Experience and Expertise
