Associate Project Engineer - HMI & RTU

Role Overview: The Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) is seeking a Technical Project Engineer with expertise in various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, structural, automation, and software engineering. As a Technical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and verifying HMI and SCADA applications for various projects, supporting the design of communication networks, ensuring project quality processes are followed, and providing commissioning support for HMI/SCADA site testing. Additionally, you will be expected to take ownership of project KPIs, engage in design and testing activities, participate in customer meetings, and uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Design and verify the HMI application for various FACTS projects - Design and verify SCADA/GWS application for various projects - Support the design of communication networks by preparing related documents and assisting with implementation - Demonstrate knowledge of quality processes related to project execution and continuous improvement programs - Provide commissioning support for HMI/SCADA site testing - Take ownership of project KPIs such as OTD, COPQ, etc. - Engage in design and testing activities, including Factory Verification and Customer Factory Acceptance Test - Participate in project documentation and customer meetings - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech in ECE, EEE, E&I - 2-5 years of operating experience in industrial control systems or SAS - Experience in designing HMI for industrial applications using InTouch or equivalent software - Good working knowledge of HMI animation concepts and logics - Strong knowledge of communication protocols for SCADA/network - Prior experience in SAS is preferred - Experience in Process and ISO audits Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
