Associate Project Engineer EPT

Location

CTC Range: M.E/ M.Tech - 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA ; B.E/ B.Tech- 3.5 LPA

Eligibility:

  • M.Tech/M.E/M.S- B.E/B.Tech -Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering /Powertrain electronics & Drives/control systems/ instrumentation/Power Systems Engineering/Applied Electronics 2024 -2025 Pass out

  • Percentage of above 70% (10th, 12th or Diploma, Bachelors & Masters)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team
  • Excellent communication skills are required

Skills Required

  • Strong engineering fundamentals & application skills
  • Good understanding of electrical system such as motors, convertor, circuits, power invertor modules, onboard chargers etc
  • Good understanding of electronic devices such as instruments, control systems, power electronics etc
  • Thorough knowledge of functioning of various electrical and electronic systems
  • Ability to solve complex Mathematical and engineering problems
  • Experience in any design softwares ANSYS Simplorer, MATLAB is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The Eligible candidates will be responsible to:
  • Develop next generation of hybrid powertrain systems and integrate into vehicle programs
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and testing of novel motor control algorithms
  • Ability to design control systems for electric power train components
  • Exposure to design of electric motor/inverter/battery and e-drive systems for electrified vehicles
  • Exposure to ANSYS-Maxwell, MATLAB/SIMULINK in coursework projects with design of electric motor/inverter/battery and e-drive systems, including detailed FEA modeling and simulation is preferred.
  • Knowledge to Develop prototypes for component, transmission, and vehicle level of e-drive systems
  • Understanding of electronics and software for:
  • o Traction Inverters
  • o DC-DC Converters
  • o On-Board Chargers
  • o Battery Management Systems
  • Control Algorithm Development for Electric Powertrain systems
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with multiple engineering activities to meet program deliverables•
  • Develop engineering designs with minimal supervision.
  • Develop alternative design solutions or quick engineering solutions for complex problems.
  • Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards.
  • Communicate with team members and customers on all projects related matters.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Candidates must not have location constraints.

Bond Period

  • Selected candidates should be under 2.5 years bond which Includes 6 months of probationary Period
