We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor in Biochemistry to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biochemical research and a passion for teaching. This role involves delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to research initiatives within the department. Responsibilities Conduct lectures and seminars in Biochemistry at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Supervise and mentor students in their academic and research pursuits. Develop and implement innovative curriculum and teaching methods for Biochemistry courses. Engage in research activities, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at conferences. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development and assessment. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and grant applications. Provide academic guidance and support to students. Skills and Qualifications MD or DNB in Biochemistry or a related field. 4-8 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in Biochemistry. Strong knowledge of biochemical principles and laboratory techniques. Proficiency in research methodologies and statistical analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and collaboration. Ability to publish research findings and engage in scholarly activities.
