Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior BIM Modeler at Arcadis, you will be responsible for utilizing your advanced Revit Electrical experience to manage CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget. You will also undertake self-checking initiatives, maintain quality control of junior BIM modelers" work, and ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards. Additionally, you will lead projects independently, perform clash detection and resolution, and provide mentorship to junior BIM colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced Revit Electrical Experience. - Managing CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects within budget. - Undertaking self-checking initiatives and maintaining quality control of junior BIM modelers" work. - Leading projects independently, including clash detection and resolution. - Ensuring consistency of approach across Revit & BIM Output. - Advising and mentoring junior BIM colleagues. - Hands-on experience working with BIM 360 design review process. - Adhering to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. - Setting up and geo-locating multiple models for a single project. - Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges. - Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager/Coordinator. - Adhering to the schedule and quality requirements. - Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. - Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering/BE Electrical from a recognized University. - 8+ years of relevant experience. - Sound technical knowledge and academic excellence. - Awareness of software used for BIM modeling. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Strong, self-motivated, and assertive individual capable of working under pressure. - Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to adopt new/challenging work as per business requirements.
