To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in motion design tools such as Figma, After Effects, and Illustrator, a solid understanding of graphic design principles encompassing layout and typography, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and consensus, excellent communication skills for presenting and explaining design concepts, and a keen awareness of current motion design trends and techniques.
