Associate, Manufacturing Process Operations

Job Description:

The Officer role in the Production Department involves handling reactors and centrifuges during manufacturing operations. Following SOPs, and all applicable safety norms to ensure compliance and a safe working environment. The candidate will be responsible for accurate execution of batch processes and timely documentation in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BCRs), and logbooks. Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area.

Essential Functions:

• Operate and monitor reactors and centrifuges during manufacturing operations.
• Adhere strictly to cGMP guidelines, approved SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Execute batch processes as per production plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in BMRs, BCRs, and logbooks.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the production area.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all production activities.
• Follow data integrity principles (ALCOA+) to ensure that all records are attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate.
• . Strong communication skills are also required for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and for accurate reporting of operational activities

BSC / M.Sc Chemistry - Preferred
