Role Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Associate Manager to join our Marketing team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, collaborating with content, design, and product teams to scale NoBroker's online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.

? Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits.

? Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and internal linking for higher rankings.

? Manage and execute link-building and outreach campaigns.

? Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.).

? Track and measure performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

? Regularly monitor SERP trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

? Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

? Contribute to long-term SEO roadmap for NoBroker's product and content ecosystem.

Requirements :

? 4-6 years of SEO experience in a digital-first company or agency.

? Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.

? Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

? Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).

? Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to handle multiple projects with ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

? Experience in large-scale websites.

? Experience in scaling loan, insurance or finance product/service.

? Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and international SEO.

? Prior experience managing SEO teams or freelancers.
