Associate Manager (Data Science and Analytics)

Role Overview: As a Data Science/Analytics professional supporting the Perfect Store group working with AMESA Sectors at PepsiCo's Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, India, your role is crucial in enabling accelerated growth for PepsiCo. You will be instrumental in building Retailer Value Offer and Shopper Value Offer, aligning data, and implementing advanced analytics approaches to drive actionable insights at the Business Unit and store level. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Perfect Store (Demand Accelerator) team in delivering Retail Value Offer and Shopper Value Offer framework for AMESA sector. - Utilize cloud environment, particularly Microsoft Azure, for analytics activities. - Develop and maintain codes for advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning projects. - Clean and prepare data for use in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning projects. - Generate deep dive analysis reports in the cloud environment using tools like Pyspark and Python to support BU Ask. - Apply statistical techniques to address business questions such as Distribution, Outliers, and visualizations. - Foster relationships with key end-user stakeholders within Business Units-AMESA. - Ensure flawless execution and Quality Check of analytics exercises. - Manage multiple priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and deliverables. - Lead communication with Business Partners and end-users on project-related matters. - Deliver outputs within agreed timelines and formats, updating project management tools accordingly. - Identify and monitor any business risks associated with delivering requested outputs. Qualifications: - An experienced analytics professional with 4+ years of experience. - Education: B.Tech or any bachelor's degree. Masters degree is optional. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI. - Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms is a plus. - Retail experience is desirable. - Strong collaborator, motivated to work with others. - Takes full responsibility for deliverables, conducts thorough quality checks, and seeks process improvements. - Actively engages in co-creating solutions across markets. - Willingness to embrace Responsive Ways of Working.,
