Associate (Kitchen Technician)

Job Description: Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Engineering Department at Hyatt Regency Pune. Your role will be in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, ensuring that employee, guest, and owner expectations are met. As a Team Leader - Engineering, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the department, as well as providing assistance to all other operating departments. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department - Support all other operating departments with engineering-related tasks - Ensure that brand standards and Corporate Strategies are maintained - Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations - Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals - Maintain the central plant and oversee engineering operations - Troubleshoot and resolve any engineering issues that may arise - Uphold safety and security standards within the department Qualifications Required: - Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an engineer in a hotel or similar large building/complex with a central plant ,
