As an Associate Engineer, Software Engineering at Xerox Holdings Corporation, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to redefining the workplace experience by leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to email and phone inquiries from Service Delivery Operations personnel regarding technical solutions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate resolver group. You will be required to gather essential information from users, maintain accurate records of requests or issues, and ensure timely communication with customers based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). To excel in this role, you must possess strong technical skills in Azure/AWS, SQL, DevOps, Basic Networking, Windows OS/Windows Server, and Linux/Unix. A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is mandatory, with previous technical support experience being highly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. You should be results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and collaborate with clients and colleagues is crucial. Additionally, you must have a customer-centric attitude, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes, update the knowledge base regularly, and ensure that all tickets are resolved efficiently.
