About the job: We are seeking a talented and creative Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at P&M Communications. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with our marketing and communication teams to create visually stunning designs. Key responsibilities: 1. Create engaging and eye-catching graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, a bit of video edit and promotional materials. 2. Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro to design and edit visuals that effectively communicate our brand message. 3. Assist in the development of visual concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches. 4. Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards. 5. Stay up-to-date on design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content. 6. Manage and organize digital assets, including photos and videos, using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC. 7. Work closely with the creative director and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring concepts to life through design.
