About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Associate Graphic Designer to join our team at Natturz Bio Kontrol Private Limited. If you have a passion for design and a strong proficiency in Canva Desgn, Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, UI & UX Design, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC, and Adobe After Effects, then we want to hear from you! Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials. 2. Design and produce videos for marketing campaigns, product tutorials, and social media content. 3. Develop and maintain the company's brand identity through consistent design elements. 4. Create engaging user interfaces and experiences for our website and digital platforms. 5. Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC. 6. Assist in the production of animated videos and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques. Graduation in Design, Marketing, or Visual Arts. 9. 1-3 years of experience in design or marketing roles. 10. Experience in startups or fast-paced companies is a plus. About Company: We are a plant-based startup focusing on the production of soy milk and its derivatives like flavored beverages, protein shakes, tofu, and tofu dishes. We plan to bring a sustainable brand with good quality, taste, and nutrition into the market with state-of-the-art facilities. We will be setting up our machinery in Uttarakhand, with 42,000 liters of soy milk production per day, being the market leaders as we launch. We will be in B2B as well as B2C. We are a greenfield project currently.
