As an Associate in our team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with team leads to build and deploy ET diagnostic tools. - Understanding client needs and situations, and adapting to case expectations. - Generating and screening realistic answers based on sound reality checks, and recommending actionable solutions. - Learning how to make businesses more valuable and being responsible for generating specific industry or company insights. - Taking responsibility for assigned work streams and generating hypotheses. - Identifying and applying the relevant analytical tools for your own work stream, ensuring zero-defect analysis and timely answers to key questions. The qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 14 years of experience with a consulting background. - Experience in digital transformation and tech strategy projects. - Hands-on experience in tech stack such as SQL, Python, LeanIX / Celonis / Signavio, and Snowflake. - Gen AI experience is not mandatory but considered a good-to-have.
