As an experienced Associate Director UX Design at Incedo, your primary responsibility will be to lead the creation of user-centric product experiences rooted in user insights and business outcomes. This role necessitates strong design leadership, strategic thinking, and a profound understanding of AI-driven design capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and delivering customer-centric UX solutions from concept to launch - Collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams - Leading UX strategy, design systems, and experience frameworks - Conducting ideation workshops with clients and internal teams - Advocating for user needs and influencing executive-level decisions - Hiring, mentoring, and fostering a high-performing UX design team - Creating and reviewing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design artifacts - Presenting and defending design proposals to senior stakeholders - Championing UX/UI best practices, analytics-driven decisions, and innovation Qualifications: - 12-15 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, and design research - 5+ years of experience in leading teams of 6+ designers - Strong experience in cross-functional and Agile environments - Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and AI design tools - Experience across various domains such as B2B, B2C, B2B2C, eCommerce, or data visualization - Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent - Online portfolio required If you are passionate about crafting meaningful user experiences at scale and driving design transformation, we encourage you to get in touch at anshika.arora@incedoinc.com.
