Associate Director

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing analysis plans, as well as performing analyses using R, SQL, and Python on administrative claims, survey, and sales data. Working on multiple projects simultaneously, you will collaborate with other teams from start to finish, requiring minimal support from MT/LT. Your role will also involve effectively communicating methods and analytics approach, presenting findings to internal teams and clients, and contributing to proposal development as necessary. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to enhance your methodological and analytics approach expertise by supporting analytics product development activities and potentially leading product development efforts for single or multiple modules. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the "contextual why" behind each component of the analysis plan to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives - Identify and address gaps in the analysis plan and data limitations throughout the project lifecycle, communicating effectively with project leaders for resolution - Participate in discussions regarding analysis plan gaps and collaborate on alternative solutions - Develop efficient and reusable code using R, Python, and SQL - Review codes, analysis outputs, and project documents of junior team members, offering constructive feedback and mentoring on best practices - Address high-risk and complex client situations at project and account levels - Act as a strategic thought partner, influencing clients by defining objectives in ambiguous situations and leveraging market and client knowledge to address needs - Create innovative visuals, graphics, and schematics for internal and external presentations - Strategically educate both clients and internal teams on technical and contextual topics - Craft compelling narratives by developing innovative and insightful approaches, bridging work across different capability areas Qualification Required: - Education: MS or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or Biostatistics / Bachelors in any discipline - Work Experience: Minimum of 12 years of direct work experience in a related field (life sciences consulting, CRO, biopharma, and/or general consulting) conducting advanced analytics,
