Associate Director Security Architecture (Network Security Architect)

Role Overview: As a Network Security Architect at DTCC's Cybersecurity Architecture Center of Excellence, you will be instrumental in reviewing and redesigning the current network security infrastructure for on-premises, client, and hybrid-cloud environments. Your role involves influencing changes in control standards, establishing new IT security standards, and developing a 3-year capability roadmap to ensure a Security-First approach during DTCC's technology modernization journey. Key Responsibilities: - Produce security architecture deliverables for network modernization and Zero Trust paradigm - Identify security gaps, propose solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation - Serve as a subject matter expert on Network Security across the enterprise - Design and optimize solutions to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure by integrating cloud-based and on-premise components - Develop and manage internal and client network security capability roadmap - Lead the Zero Trust network modernization roadmap - Design Zero Trust network security controls leveraging modern security technologies - Influence control policy changes with Technology Risk Management - Conduct technical analysis of network security capabilities - Identify opportunities for automation in network security controls lifecycle management - Mentor junior security architects to enhance their skills - Deliver high-quality executive architecture presentations and demonstrations - Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge in the evolving security landscape Qualifications: - 7+ years of relevant experience - Bachelor's degree in STEM areas such as Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Management, Big Data & Analytics is preferred (Note: Additional details about health insurance, well-being benefits, Paid Time Off, flexible work model, etc., have been omitted from the Job Description as per the provided instructions.),
