Associate Director - Mergers & Acquisitions

The role of Merger & Acquisition is currently open in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bangalore. This position requires you to work from the office for 5 days a week. As a candidate for this role, you should possess experience in post-merger integration deals or M&A Integration and Separation deals specifically in the India Market. It is essential that you have exposure to client-facing interactions. Key Skills Required: - Mergers & Acquisitions: You should have at least 5 years of experience in this area, focusing on cost optimization, carve out, and valuation. - Deal Advisory: Proficiency in managing the Deal Lifecycle. - Integration & Separation: Exposure to handling Integration & Separation processes in the context of India Markets. - Client Engagements: Front-End involvement with Indian Markets. - Financial Due Diligence: Ability to perform thorough financial due diligence.
