Associate Director - Infrastructure

You are a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director of IT Infrastructure responsible for leading Storage, Backup, and Wintel operations. With 12-15 years of experience, you will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and align IT infrastructure with business objectives in physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for backup and storage infrastructure, managing technology roadmaps, overseeing backup technologies, leading process improvements, ensuring documentation compliance, fostering relationships with stakeholders, driving technology adoption, mentoring IT professionals, managing audit compliance, and optimizing data management processes. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 12-15 years of IT infrastructure management experience, proficiency in tools like Networker, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, and cloud backup technologies, strong understanding of storage systems and cloud infrastructure, excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks are a plus, and hands-on experience in disaster recovery planning is preferred.
