Associate Director - Data & Digital Advisory

Role Overview: You will be leading a small multidisciplinary team in India specializing in Geospatial Analytics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Data Engineering. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives. Additionally, you will act as the primary interface between stakeholders in the UK and the team in India. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Analytics, GIS, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. - 15+ years of experience in a technical role with expertise in Geospatial Analytics, GIS, or Data Engineering. - Proven experience managing technical teams, especially in geospatial or data-focused projects. - Enthusiasm and energy to drive growth strategy forward over the next 5 years in conjunction with the Head of Planning, Property, and Advisory.
