Role Overview: As a Patient Analytics expert at our company, you will be responsible for conducting in-patient journey analysis and leveraging patient-level data to develop effective solutions for our pharma clients. Your role will involve guiding and leading a team to support our clients in achieving their objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects from India while collaborating with onshore/client stakeholders - Work closely with the project manager to define algorithms, break down problems into execution steps, and conduct thorough analyses - Deliver high-quality analytics solutions and reports to clients - Manage a team of junior analysts, participate in solution brainstorming and design, execute analyses, and communicate findings in client-ready formats - Contribute to enhancing Axtria tools and capabilities based on business requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Statistics - 4-7 years of experience in marketing analytics with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Market Mix Modeling, Promotion Response Modeling, and Test & Control - Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods such as multivariate regression, hierarchical modeling, Mixed Effect modeling, SVM, Decision-Trees, and Random Forest - Hands-on experience in Python and proficient in PowerPoint - Preference for candidates with Marketing Mix modeling experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Domain, with knowledge of Pharma datasets in the US/ex-US - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to thrive in challenging environments, and confidence in meeting deadlines Additional Details: N/A,
