Role Overview: As a member of the team at Grant Thornton INDUS in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be focused on performing work on SOX 404 engagement. This will involve conducting Tests of Design and Tests of Operating effectiveness of controls while ensuring that the work delivered is of high quality through quality review. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, create a positive learning culture by coaching and developing junior team members, and ensure that established budgets and timelines are met. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
