Associate Controls IT

You will be responsible for performing work on SOX 404 engagement, including conducting Tests of Design and Tests of Operating effectiveness of controls. It is essential to ensure that the work delivered is of high quality by conducting quality reviews and maintaining complete and accurate testing results documentation. You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects as directed by the managers and create a positive learning culture by coaching, counseling, and developing junior team members. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that established turnaround times and allotted budgets are met, and proactively communicate any anticipated deviations to the engagement lead. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role. Candidates should possess proficient knowledge in leading and performing work in areas such as risk assessments, audits, walkthroughs, creating flowcharts, and designing controls. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of postgraduate experience in risk advisory, related internal audit, or SOX audit, preferably in Big 4 or related business experience. A Master's in Business Administration majoring in Finance, Chartered Accountant, or Certified Internal Auditor qualification is required.
