As a part of the team at Lilly, you will be contributing to the development of a cutting-edge recommendation engine platform. This platform aims to enhance sales and marketing operations by utilizing deep learning models, analyzing extensive datasets, and providing tailored recommendations at the individual doctor level. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing model hyperparameters, and continuously learning new skills in machine learning applications for solving business problems. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency in deep learning models to create optimized Omnichannel Promotional Sequences for sales teams - Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights for informed modeling decisions - Translate business challenges into statistical problem statements and propose solution approaches - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to communicate analysis findings - Refactor code, train, retrain, deploy, test, and monitor machine learning models for drift - Optimize model hyperparameters for enhanced performance - Willingness to acquire new skills, particularly in machine learning applications for business solutions Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred - 2-6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, including coding, summarization, and interpretation - Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL or Python - Previous experience in deploying, evaluating performance, and fine-tuning recommendation engine models using machine learning techniques (e.g., CNN/LSTM, GA, XGBoost) for healthcare-related industries - Proficiency in Feature Engineering, Feature Selection, and Model Validation on Big Data - Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, with experience in tools like S3, EMR, EC2, Redshift, Glue; familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is advantageous At Lilly, fostering an inclusive workforce that provides equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities is a priority.
