Role Overview: As a Medical Staff member in Mumbai, you will be required to maintain a professional approach with all patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include providing medical cover, routine and emergency, during duty hours, collaborating with other specialties, performing procedures such as Central line insertion, IV Channelization, and Intubation, operating instruments like Ventilator, monitoring patients, identifying complex health problems, supervising clinical management, prescribing pain management medicines, ensuring effective communication, completing treatment sheets accurately, assisting Consultants with rounds, preparing discharge summaries, assessing new patients, and following on-call and duty rota based on department requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a professional approach with patients, staff, and visitors - Provide medical cover, routine and emergency, collaborating with other specialties - Perform procedures like Central line insertion, IV Channelization, and Intubation - Operate instruments like Ventilator - Follow clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols - Monitor patients and report complex health problems to the concerned doctor - Supervise daily clinical management under Consultant guidance - Prescribe pain management medicines - Communicate effectively with patients, family, colleagues, and healthcare workers - Complete treatment sheets accurately and timely - Assist Consultants with rounds and follow up on patient care - Prepare discharge summaries - Assess new patients upon admission - Follow on-call and duty rota based on department requirements Qualification Required: - MBBS degree - MD/DNB/FNB in Critical Care Additional Details of the Company: N/A,
