Associate Business Technical Services Analyst

Role Overview: In this role, you will learn to establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. You will understand the clients" businesses, objectives, and expectations and act as the go-to person for all aspects of services and support for assigned relationships. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating the client's business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. You will also support the analysis and troubleshooting of complex API integration points and assist higher-level analysts on sub-components of major initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in converting the client's business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally for requirement sign-off. - Gain understanding of API specifications (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to accurately interpret client issues. - Identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk, particularly in identifying and reproducing reported API defects. - Assist with documents and maintenance of clients" system environments by keeping records of client functionality, environment, and client-specific documentation. Qualifications Required: - Developing professional expertise and applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. - Proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger) to effectively triage and validate reported defects. - Good database development skills in Oracle PL/SQL. Programming skills in C, C++, ANSI C or VB.NET, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Visual Studio. - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems and familiarity with common API protocols (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML). - Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
