Job Description

1. Customer Service : Assist customers with banking and financial needs, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and answering questions. 2. Sales : Promote and sell banking and financial products and services to customers, such as loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance. 3. Compliance : Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations, policies, and procedures. 4. Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. They should also have a basic understanding of banking and financial products and services, as well as compliance requirements.
