Associate - Banking Operations

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for monitoring daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments compared to Loan Disbursed. Your key responsibilities will include: - Thoroughly monitoring the health check and ensuring that instruments/Mandate are sent for registration in a timely manner. - Reporting any exceptions to the concern stakeholders. - Ensuring that mandates are sent for registration within the Turnaround Time (TAT). - Handling queries from SFDC and resolving them promptly. - Tracking Enach registered cases product-wise from a banking perspective. - Ensuring that open Mandate cases are mapped correctly for banking purposes. - Having a vision to automate processes and suggesting timely changes to the process. - Following up with Branches/Sales/Collection and Product teams to obtain revised mandates from customers and updating the same to the Senior Management team. - Coordinating periodically with sales/collection and product teams for resolution of mandate rejected cases. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Banking and Ops processes. - Specialized job competencies in working closely with Banking Operations and Mandate management processes.
