As a Middle Office - Analyst - Business Systems at Apex Group Ltd in Pune, you will play a crucial role as an ETL Techno-Functional Support Specialist for Solvas, bridging the gap between technical ETL processes and end-users. Your responsibilities will include addressing user queries, providing technical support for ETL-related issues, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure a seamless data integration environment. You will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ETL processes for the Solvas application, ensuring alignment with business requirements. **Work Environment:** - Highly motivated, collaborative, and results-driven atmosphere. - Operating in a growing business within a dynamic and evolving industry. - Embracing an entrepreneurial approach to all activities. - Continual focus on process improvement and automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance related to Solvas applications. - Address queries related to ETL processes, data transformations, and data loads for end-users. - Provide clear explanations to non-technical users regarding ETL functionalities and troubleshoot issues. - Integrate Client Trade files into the Conversant system based on client and business requirements. - Diagnose and troubleshoot ETL-related issues reported by end-users or monitoring systems. - Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand and document ETL requirements. - Monitor ETL jobs and processes for optimal performance and issue identification. - Develop user documentation and guides for self-service issue resolution. - Utilize hands-on experience with ETL tools, strong command of SQL, VBA, and Advanced Excel. - Possess a good understanding of Solvas or any other loan operation system, including Solvas Bank Debt workings. - Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of financial instruments, both listed and unlisted or OTCs. - Understand the Loan operation industry and market data provider applications. - Proficiency in any loan operation system, preferably Solvas. - Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of related experience in support or technical role in any loan operation system & accounting system (Solvas/ Geneva). - Experience working with data vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Markit. - Strong Excel and Excel functions knowledge for business support. - Creation and maintenance of Business documentation, including user manuals and guides. - Experience working on system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. **Additional Details:** - Good team player with the ability to work on a local, regional, and global basis. - Excellent communication and management skills. - Good understanding of Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Fund Administration.
