Position Summary
As an Associate – Operations, you will support the Manager – Operations in implementing field
programs, coordinating with FPOs and agri-entrepreneurs, and ensuring smooth delivery of Agri CoE
initiatives. You will play a hands-on role in project execution, community engagement, capacity
building, and reporting, working closely with local stakeholders to turn strategy into on-ground action.
Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation
● Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Agri CoE field activities across project districts.
● Support logistics and coordination for training programs, exposure visits, and demonstration
plots.
● Maintain field documentation, including attendance, feedback, and implementation reports.
FPO & Farmer Engagement
● Facilitate regular interactions with FPOs, SHGs, and individual farmers to promote the
adoption of innovative practices.
● Track farmer participation, satisfaction, and feedback from training sessions and pilots.
Operational Support & Coordination
● Coordinate with implementation partners, agri-input providers, and support service agencies.
● Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and vendor management as per project needs.
● Support operational MIS and performance dashboards in coordination with the central team.
Capacity Building & Training
● Help organise workshops, L&D sessions, and hands-on training programs for farmers and
FPO leaders.
● Contribute to the development of IEC materials in simple, farmer-friendly formats.
Who Thrives in This Role
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Management, Development Studies, or a related
discipline.
● Advanced training in project management or agri-operations is a plus.
Experience
● 2-3 years of relevant experience in field implementation, FPO engagement, or agri-project
operations.
● Field internship experience with rural/agriculture programs will be considered.
Skills & Attributes
● Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
● Comfort with rural travel and working in low-resource settings.
● Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in execution.
● Hindi proficiency and understanding of local culture/dialects is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹4–6 Lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience)
Other benefits as per Jagriti’s HR policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
