Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in agency development management or a related field.
