As part of a 1-year contractual role, your responsibilities will include managing expenses by ensuring accurate scanning and submission of receipts, conducting initial audits, and processing reimbursement requests in compliance with Bain's Expense policies. You will also handle invoice processing, maintaining adherence to Bain's policies and local regulations, and oversee mailbox management. Additionally, you will assist in ad hoc reporting and provide support during internal and external audits. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and verbal) in addition to English, with a Japanese language diploma or degree and expertise in Excel and MS Office.
